Elkome Web Shop is a B2B service for companies to purchase Industrial hardware and software products. Elkome Online does not sell products to the individual persons.

Payment terms:

• Prepayment: Elkome Systems Oy accepts 100% prepayment as payment methods for the new customers. Elkome sends a proforma invoice to the customer by email. The order is not handled and confirmed before received the payment.
• Invoice: Please contact Elkome Customer Service for other payment methods (info@elkome.fi).

Taxes:

• All prices in Elkome Online Web Shop are without any taxes. The VAT 22% will be added to the invoice automatically. If you want the invoice without VAT, please contact Elkome Customer Service (info@elkome.fi).

Delivery terms:

• Shipping by Elkome Carrier: Elkome ships the orders with Elkome Carrier Account (UPS Standard or similar) as default. The shipping cost will be automatically added to the invoice.

Delivery costs in Finland:

• Shipping weight less than 5 kg (for example PC Board or Bus Gateway): 19 EUR (VAT 0%)
• Shipping weight 5-15 kg (for example HMI panel or handheld device): 23 EUR (VAT 0%)
• Shipping weight 15-20 kg (for example Industrial Computer): 34 EUR (VAT 0%)
• Shipping weight 21-50 kg (for example many computers in same order): 50 EUR (VAT 0%)
• Shipping weight 51-100 kg: 100 EUR (VAT 0%)
• Shipping weight more than 100 kg: The cost will be calculated separately.

Delivery costs in European territory:

• The Shipping cost will be calculated separately.

Delivery time:

• The estimated delivery time is about 5-6 weeks from receiving the payment.
• Delivery time will be confirmed in the order confirmation.

Privacy Notice

Information such as company name, user name, address, phone number and email is necessary for processing orders. Under no circumstances will Elkome Systems Oy ever sell, rent, lease or share this information. We may at some time include you in a mailing of a catalog, newsletter or sales flyer, but you may request to be removed from any mailings by contacting us (info@elkome.fi).
